The Kensington Woods Department of Music was established in 2017 with the goal of giving students the opportunity to experience a variety of musical styles and genres and to develop an appreciation and understanding of the artistic merit and importance of music in their daily lives. Beginning with but a few choirs, the Kensington Woods Department of Music has grown into a cornerstone of the diverse education students receive at Kensington Woods Schools, able to offer a wide variety of ensembles and musical styles in a small, student centric environment.
